The long anticipated WAEC GCE result is now out, The examination was conducted in Nigeria between Friday, October 27, 2023 and Wednesday, December 20, 2023.
85,600 candidates, representing 10.07% increase entered for the examination, while 80,904 candidates sat the examination at the 568 centers spread across the country.
From the performance, out of the 80,904 candidates that sat the examination, 46,267 candidates representing 57.19% obtained credit and above in a minimum of 5 subjects (with or without English Language and/or Mathematics)

| On the next page, enter your ‘Examination Number‘, your Exam number is a 10 digit number (e.g., 4123456789). |
| Select the correct Examination Year: 2023 is the exam year |
| Select your Exam Type: In this case “PRIVATE CANDIDATE RESULT” |
| Enter Your Pin And Serial Number: This can be obtained from your scratch card |
| Hit the SUBMIT button |
After clicking on the SUBMIT button, you will be taken to your result page.
How To Check WAEC GCE Result Using SMS
If for some reasons you prefer to use the SMS method, then you should send a text to “32327” following the format below…
WAEC*Your Examination Number*PIN*ExamYear
Replace “Your Examination Number” with your correct Examination number, if you don’t remember this, you can check the ID Card you were given, or check back with your school of enrollment.
