Below are the Steps On How To Download/Print Original WAEC Certificates Online:

Step 1:

Go to https://www.waec.org. You can also use the Android app by searching “WAEC Digital Certificate” on the Play Store, or the iPhone app by searching “WAEC Digital Certificate” on the Apple Store.

Step 2:

After that, create your account or go to https://portal.waec.org/account/register. When you’re filling out the form, choose “CANDIDATE” or “INSTITUTION” as needed. If you’ve created your account and used it for the first time, you can always return and log in to access your certificate whenever you need it.

When you’re on the registration page, make sure to enter your correct names as they appear on your WAEC result/WAEC ID, a working email, and your phone number.

Step 3:

After all details have been provided, Hit the SIGN-UP button, an email will be sent to the email address you provided. This email will contain a code called the “verification code.” Open your email, copy the code, and then paste it into the verification box on the WAEC digital certificate portal.

That verification code should be filled inside the box carrying “Enter Verification Code” and then click on “SUBMIT”

Once you’ve verified succesfully, you receive a confirmation notice for that.

Step 4:

After this, log in to access your personal dashboard or click https://portal.waec.org/account/login to log in.

Step 5:

You can now complete your details by including the year you took the exam, the type of exam (either WAEC May/June or WAEC Nov/Dec), your birthdate as it appears on your WAEC records, and your exam number.

If you don’t remember your exam number, you can get it from the same page before you access it.

To get your digital WAEC certificate, you’ll need to pay ₦7,500. If you also need to retrieve your exam number, that will cost ₦3,000.

After the payment is made, you’ll be able to view your digital certificate, which looks just like the paper one. You can then download it, print it out (if you want a physical copy), or share it with any organization that might ask for it.
